You have three options for paying yearly dues for Thendara Park: Paypay, Venmo, or mailing a check to our mailing address.
Thendara Park dues are $80.00, paid annually from October – September. There are no late fees, as participation in the HOA is not required but encouraged. Dues payments cover park maintenance, play equipment maintenance and upgrades, and events such as our annual picnic and holiday events. While not everyone uses Shippey Park on a regular basis, everyone benefits from having a a clean, well-groomed public green space that is appealing to all residents and potential home-buyers. Much of our park is maintained by volunteers, so if you’re not inclined to get and volunteer for a park related event, supporting our neighborhood by paying dues is a great way to show your support.
Pay Via Paypal
There is a convenience fee for online payments made via Paypal or you can pay when you receive your HoA payment slip in the mail. Click here or the PayPal logo on the left and you will be redirected to the Thendara Park PayPal site.
Pay Via Venmo
There is a convenience fee for online payments made via Venmo if you’re using a linked credit card. Bank to Venmo transfers are without fee. Click here or the Venmo logo on the left and you will be redirected to the Thendara Park Venmo account via the THPHO Treasurer.
