Thendara Park

Welcome to the Thendara Park Homeowners Association web page. Thendara Park is a residential community of a little over 300 homes located West of Baldwin Road and East of Sashabaw Road.

We are a community that is committed to providing a safe and friendly environment for all the families in Thendara Park.  Our mission is to become more connected with you!   If you live in our neighborhood and would like to be informed of upcoming events and newsletters by email, then please send an email and we will add your name to the list.

Have you seen our Facebook page yet?  Just go to Thendara Park and answer a couple of questions.  Once accepted you will see our events and community information.

Community Disposal is Thendara Park’s Preferred Waste Disposal

It is our goal to have all of the homeowners switch over to Community Disposal in the next few months.  By making this switch, we will be able to significantly reduce the number of garbage trucks going through our subdivision while eliminating having garbage out on several different days within the subdivision.  Please share this information with your neighbors!

Road Maintenance and Storm Drains

Clearing storm drains near your home of debris helps prevent flooding and damage to the roads.  Storm drains can gather debris like leaves, sticks and trash. Thendara Park residents are encouraged to clear the drains that are out in front of their houses.
